For promotions or ads service on the Cohyk platform, there are no cancellations. Your promotions will run till the end of their pre-determined campaign date.
Cohyk do not manage trips for hosts. All the bookings are to be managed by hosts themselves. For best traveller experience, always share the cancellation policy with the travellers before booking so that they can make informed decision.
For cancellations made by the host for unfavorable weather, host must provide travellers with an option for alternate dates for the trip and partial or full refund of booking amount as possible.
For cancellation made by host for any other unforeseen events, host must provide travellers with an option for alternate dates for the trip and full refund of the booking amount.
Cohyk platform enables engagement between hosts and travellers. Cancellation of bookings are managed by the host and hence, all cancellations are done as per the host's policy for the trip booked.
Since the host employs and take assistance of locals and this being their main source of earning, cancellations might not be possible after arrangements are made.
For any applicable cancellation, Cohyk will assist in your request in best possible way. However, we highly recommend travellers to know the cancellation policy for the trip before booking the seat(s). We also recommend to do the conversation and booking confirmation on the Cohyk Chat for us to be able to assist you in case of need.
For any cancellation made by the host due to unfavorable weather alternate dates may be arranged for the trip or an agreed upon amount will be refunded as per the refund policy.
For any cancellation made by the host due to other unforeseen events, alternate dates may be arranged for the trip or full booking amount will be refunded as per the refund policy.
For any communication and bookings done on the platform, Cohyk will not be able to help.
In the event that the host has paid to run a promotion or an ad or a campaign on the Cohyk platform, we render the promotion service till the pre-determined date. We follow no refunds policy.
For any refund applicable after the agreement with the host, Cohyk will refund the applicable amount in 8-10 business days.
